2. Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellations once a payment is processed, as course access is immediate and irreversible.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, we do not provide refunds under normal circumstances. Exceptions may be made only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error

• Failed transaction but amount deducted
